University of Joy aims to become the world’s most trusted and influential platform for advancing joy, wellbeing, and human flourishing.

By connecting evidence-based research with practical tools, education, innovation, and a global community, it seeks to help individuals, organizations, and societies create conditions in which people can thrive. The ultimate goal is not simply to study joy, but to cultivate it—making knowledge accessible, fostering collaboration across disciplines and cultures, and inspiring meaningful action that contributes to healthier, more resilient, and more compassionate communities worldwide.

Phase 2 – Growth (Years 2–3, 2027-2028)

  • Introduce online courses and certification programs.
  • Launch AI-powered search, recommendations, and research assistance.
  • Expand internationally through regional ambassadors and local chapters.

Phase 3 – Global Recognition (Years 4–5, 2029-2030)

  • Host an annual Global Joy Summit.
  • Publish the Global Joy Index.
  • Support innovation through the Joy Lab and accelerator programs.
  • Establish University of Joy as a leading international reference for wellbeing and human flourishing.
